SHIPPING POLICY
Thank you for shopping with RUFFLE FLARES.
All RUFFLE FLARES outfits are handmade custom creations and are not mass-produced ready-to-ship items.
PROCESSING TIME
Our current processing time is approximately 2–4 weeks depending on order volume, season, and design complexity.
Rush order options may be available for an additional fee if approved prior to purchase.
Please note:
Processing time does not include shipping transit time.
SHIPPING CARRIERS
Orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as:
* USPS
* UPS
* FedEx
Tracking information will automatically be emailed once your package has shipped.
NEED-BY DATES
Customers are responsible for placing orders early enough to meet their event date.
While we do our best to meet requested dates when approved, RUFFLE FLARES is only responsible for shipping your package within the agreed production window.
We are not responsible for postal delays, weather delays, carrier disruptions, or packages delayed in transit after shipment.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please verify your shipping address before submitting your order.
If an incorrect address is entered, we are unable to guarantee changes once the order is submitted.
Packages returned due to incomplete or incorrect addresses will require the customer to pay reshipping fees.
LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES
Once an order has been marked delivered by the shipping carrier, RUFFLE FLARES is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Customers must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier, although we will gladly assist with any shipping documentation needed.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, import taxes, or additional charges required by their country.
