RETURN / REFUND POLICY
Please read our policies carefully before placing your order. By completing your purchase with RUFFLE FLARES, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all shop policies, production times, and terms listed on our website.
Because all of our items are custom handmade and personalized specifically for each child, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on:
* Personalized birthday outfits
* Custom tutu sets
* Custom denim overalls
* Character themed outfits
* Name shirts
* Special occasion clothing
* Any made-to-order or custom designed items
Each order is created from scratch according to the details submitted by the customer, including name, age, theme, sizing, and color choices. For this reason, custom items cannot be resold.
CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY BEFORE ORDERING
Please ensure all order details are entered correctly at checkout, including:
* Child’s name spelling
* Age/number requested
* Theme request
* Shirt size / outfit size
* Need-by date
* Shipping address
RUFFLE FLARES is not responsible for customer input errors submitted during checkout.
CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS
Orders begin processing shortly after payment is received.
Because materials, custom prints, and supplies are purchased immediately, order changes or cancellations are not guaranteed.
If a cancellation request is approved within 24 hours of purchase, a partial refund may be issued minus:
* payment processing fees
* design preparation fees
* material sourcing fees
No cancellations or changes will be accepted once production has started.
SIZE DISCLAIMER
Please review our size chart carefully before ordering.
We are not responsible for outfits ordered in the wrong size by the customer. If sizing assistance is needed, customers should contact us prior to purchasing.
DESIGN DISCLAIMER
Due to the handmade nature of our products, ribbon placement, embellishments, trims, shades of fabric, denim wash, and cartoon print positioning may vary slightly, while still maintaining the same overall look and theme.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive an item that is incorrect due to our error or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
We will review the issue and determine an appropriate replacement or resolution.
